Not every business needs to make a permanent hire straight away. There are plenty of situations where experienced senior support is needed for a period of time, whether that is covering a gap, supporting a launch, navigating a resignation, managing a period of growth or simply giving an existing team more capacity.
Fox and Flare can step into the business on an interim or embedded basis, working closely with the existing team and taking ownership of defined commercial areas while the longer-term solution is put in place. This can include commercial leadership, sales and events cover, business development, commercial planning, team management, recruitment and handover, pipeline creation and partnership development.
The aim is to bring in someone senior enough to take ownership and make progress, without adding unnecessary layers or committing the business to a permanent structure before it is ready, and flexible enough not to become another layer of management.
